Demolition of roof treatment comprising brick tiles / terracing tiles, single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- Rate included for necessary scaffolding and arrangements for working up to 15 m height and working on any type of roof like with necessary safety measures.

Demolition of existing roof treatment of any type, including screed bed etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, (Avg 50 mm thickness) in roof for padding to achieve the 1:40 slope including demoltion of existing PCC complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed over roof surface in cement mortar 1:3 over RCC roof slab including mixing only water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) WPC will be measured and paid separately(ii) Rate included for necessary scaffolding and arrangements for working up to 15 m height and working on any type of roof like with necessary safety measures.

M&L for cleaning of all loose dirt and dust from roof surfaces and applying roof treatment as under;-(a) Applying one coat of fibre reinforced PU primer confirmeing to ASTM D412 @ 30% water dilution on prepaired surfaces and allow to dry.

(b) Applying two coats of Hybrid PU based elastomeric single component coating over primer surface @ 10 Kg / 10.76 Sqm total comsumption having below properties :-(i) Elongation-500%-600%(ii) Solid contents -80%(iii) Tensile strenth - 1.6 N / mm2(iv) Adhesion to concrete-2.2N / mm2(v) Initial hardness shore strenth-60Min.(vi) Tear strenth -14Mpa(vii) Total thickness of layer shall be 1.2-1.5 mm Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
