| 11 | Finishing walls with weather coat of approved shade on new work two coats to give an even shade including cost of paint. |
| 12 | Painting two coats of enamel paint to new wood work and iron work including cost of paint, sand papering polishing the surface with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
