Supply and Constr Cook House Dining Hall (OR), Size 18.0m x 6.10m with 1.50m wide covered verandah and four partition walls to form two internal store rooms, uPVC doors details (D x 04, D1 x 02, D2 x 01), seven uPVC sliding windows (4'x4'), 02 Nos turbo ventilators shall be provided. False ceiling shall be made of 30mm PIR panels, wall cladding of 50mm PIR panels, and roof cladding made of 0.6mm PPGI colour coated sheets and structure includes four steel trusses of portal frame construction. Main column shall have web size 300x200mm with 5mm thickness and flanges of 128 x 8mm thick, main rafter shall have web size 250 x100mm with 5mm thickness and flanges of 100 x 8mm thick. Cantilever verandah rafter shall be of the same dimension. The four main portal frames are provided at a distance 6.0 mtr centre to centre and interconnected by 'Z'/'C' purlins at spacing all as given in the drawing No CHDH-OR-01, total 07 Nos of sheets attached for reference. In addition, rear covered verandah of 18.0m x 1.8m shall be provided with cantilever rafters having web size-250 x150mm with 5mm thickness and flanges of 100 x 8mm thick. Base plates of columns shall be anchored with suitable size foundation/anchor bolts embedded in RCC foundation including nuts, washers and grouting as required. Supply and Constr : Construction material for Cook House Dining Hall (CHDH). Detailed specifications shall be as per Appx 'B'. List of electrical items and construction material shall be as per Annx - I & Annx - II.

(a) Smoke alarm: Supply and Installation of Individual standalone plastic body smoke alarm with adequate provision for fixing on wall/ceiling/roof. The unit to have sensor capable of covering area >40Sqm (IS/ NFPA/UL) and actuating an inbuilt alarm with loudness minimum 80 DB. Smoke alarm be powered by 9 volt lithium batteries with an arrangement to test the battery and indicator to warn for low battery, including supply two Nos of battery.

(b) Heat alarm: Supply and Installation of Individual standalone plastic body heat alarm with adequate provision for fixing on wall/ceiling/roof. The unit to have sensor capable of detecting fixed temperature of 58 degree celcious and and actuating an inbuilt alarm powered by 9 volt lithium batteries with an arrangement to test the battery and indicator to warn for low battery, including supply two Nos of battery. (Make : Fire End/AFO/Safe Guard)

Powder based Fire Extinguisher : Supply and Installation Dry powder fire extinguisher of 1 Kg Capacity, confirmation with ISO/CE standards, complete with wall mounting bracket/ holder. The extinguisher shall be (helium leak tested and Hydraulically tested as per IS standard) and provided with 3 years warranty.
