Up keeping by sweeping with broom stick/ vaccum cleaner,collection, handling at all levels and disposal of rubbish, dust,waste materials to the designated waste disposal site within a lead of 2 km as directed by EIC. Note: All activities are to be carried out as per standard housekeeping practices and under the supervision of the site authority.

Up keeping and cleaning by mopping with mopping stick with suitable cleaner /disinfectant at the designated areas. All activities are to be carried out as per standard housekeeping practices and under the supervision of the site authority.

Cleaning of all toilets and bathrooms floors and walls including urinals, wash basins, floors, wall tiles and sanitary fixtures using suitable cleaning agents and disinfectants. The work includes scrubbing, washing, removal of stains and proper disposal of waste within a lead of 2 km as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC). The rate shall include all necessary consumables and the work shall be carried out as per standard housekeeping practices and under the supervision of the site authority.
