| 4 | Distempering two-coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on old work to give an even shade including all cost, conveyance, labour, T&P, Cess etc., required for the work complete including cess as directed by the EIC. |
| 5 | Finishing plastered surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty (Water Based of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes labour T & P etc complete. |
| 6 | Finishing wall with two coats of weather coat approved shade on new work two coats, over a coat of priming, to give an even shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the EIC |

| 8 | Providing, Fitting & fixing G.C. sheet in roof drilling hole in wind ties including fixing of ridgs, valleys, wind ties including all cess, cost of materials as per direction of the EIC |
| 9 | Painting two-coats with any approved enamel paint over one coat primer including all cost, conveyance,tax, cess of all materials, labour, T&P etc., required for the work as per direction of the EIC |
| 10 | Providing & fixing plain gypsum board celling suspended from roof by adjustable g.i.celling angle with spread at distance not more than 600 mm fixed to roof by rowl plug & stiff cleat,Gypsum board 12.5 mm thick held by G.I.perimeter channel MF-3 & international channel MF-7,framing,boarding,jointing & finishing with special type og gypsum compound etc.including cost,conveyance & taxes of all material,labour with T&P etc.complete.
