The entire operation must be executed under strict safety measures, including appropriate PPE usage by cutting of R.C.C lumps, barricading, and supervised handling. The debris shall be carefully lowered, transported, and disposed off to approved municipal ground with in lead of 25 km, following all local disposal NGT norms and environmental guidelines with the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Lok Nayak Bhawan is a Building housing various important Govt. Offices where breaking the cut RCC slab of approx. of Size 1.0mx1.0m will not be allowed to broken into small pieces of debrises by hamering or chiseling. Thus complete monolithic slab of approximate size of 1.0mx 1.0m or part thereof has to be lowered from the terrace of lok nayak bhawan building , suitably loaded on the truck, Transported to the C&D watse dumping yard and disposed of as per NGT norms and guidelines.
