The unit shall deliver the rated capacity and in confirmation as per IS 18728:2024 The system shall be able to deliver 100% of the rated capacity upto 39 Degree Celcius.The unit shall be suitable to work on 400V +/- 10%, 3 Phase, 50Hz AC power supply and BMS compatible. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. The condenser should be coated with a hydrophilic film to prevent water accumulation on the surface of the heat exchanger, enhance water dispersion, and reduce the risk of degradation, thereby improving overall performance and durability. The Indian Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (ISEER) of the unit shall be 6.4 as per Energy Conservation and Sustainable Building Code (ECSBC) 2024 and completethe ODU must deliver a COP of minimum 3.5 at full load and shall be suitable to operate within an abmbient temperature of range of 5 deg. C to 40 deg.C in cooling mode to 15 deg. C in heating mode |

All terminals, Switches, lights must be suitably marked. Internal Wiring must be duly ferruled, incomer shall be of adequate size so that it is suitable for total load of the system.Design of the Panel Circuit Breaker/Preventer ratings shall be based on OEM recommendation and the firm shall have to submit the design/ layout of Panel during technical evaluation. |
