Dismantling of brick or terracing tiles of single layers on roofs including cleaning of bricks/tiles and removal of unusable bricks/tiles and removal from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud roof any thickness (whether full thickness removed or part thereof ) including plastering & leaping complete all as specified and directed.

Matrerial and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm mechanically graded crushed stone aggregate) as in padding to roof to maintain the required slope and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating with and including using necessary use and waste of formwork for fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

Matrerial and labour for 20mm thick grit plastering in 1:3 ( 1 portion cement and 3 portion 0 to 5 mm stone aggregate) over the roof surfaces with water proofing compound ( as per manufacturers instruction) all as specified and directed.NOTE: - WPC shall be measured and paid separately.
