| 31 | Note for Item No 30: (i) Before applying cement based paint ,the surface shall be thouroughly wetted to control surface suction. The surface shall be moist but not dripping wet when the paint applied. Surfaces which readily absorb moisture shall be wetted in one operation not more than one hour before painting. Surfaces which absorb moisture slowly shall be wtted in at least two operations not less than 30 minutes apart. |
