Road DelineatorProviding and fixing of standard metal delinator as per IRC 79: 2019 consisting of minimum retro reflective unit exposed area of 330 square cm in white color full cube corner micro prismatic non metalic retro relective sheeting on each side conforming with IRC 67:2012 and meeting the coefficent of retro reflection values as per ASTM D 4956 Type XI Table specification the delinator shall be painted with powder coat of minimum 40 mircons thickness on top which retro reflective sheeting shall be pasted on both sides the structure shall be manufactured in roll forming process and shall have height not less than 800 mm above the ground while being installed the front and back faces of the delineator shoud be curved with a radius of not more than 200 mm and with delta angle (or central agle of curve) lying between 20 degree and 30 degree to increase the visibility of the delineator for vehicles moving in continous curves the delineator shall have grooves across the length to make the reflective sheeting vandai proof) the retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for 3 year outdoor weathering test in india conditions as per IRC 67:2012 & proof of the same in form of government report shall be uploaded which quoting tender. if somehow tender pre qualification confition do not ask for government report then the report shall be submitted to engineer in charge before finalization of bill the delineator is ment for application on gaps in median traffic inslands dengerous bendsd roundbouts narrow bridges etc or as per desired by site engineer. but excluding G.S.T.
