Details of Work.

Repairing and Overhauling & Servicing of 33 KV VCB of 33 KV Manikpur feeder at 220 KV S/S Pahadi Under ETD Banda. Work consist of (a) Checking & Adjustment of Snatch gap travel of drive Insulators rod and tie rod of each Pole.(b) Replacement of all damaged and defective parts closing latch assembly, trip latch, close coil etc and its proper adjustment. Cleaning & greasing.(c) Oiling and Greasing of CRANK gear by opening of lock, circlip etc. (d) Dismantling of all pole linkage, pins and rod assembly, cleaning, greasing and its proper adjustment. (e) Check satisfactory close/trip operation of the breaker both by local remote.(f) Check close/trip timing by digital timer (g) Repairing of mechanism for solving the mechanical problem.. After Overhauling of VCB following test to be carried out. (i) Opening & Closing time of breaker of each Pole (ii) Carring of contact resistance measurement of each Pole. (iii) Checking of Megger value of breaker Pole.

Repair & complete overhauling of operating mechanism of 132 KV Isolators(Line isolator of 132 KV Pahadi-Karvi bay, Line isolator of 132 KV Pahadi-Rajapur ckt 1 Bay & Line Isolator of 40 MVA TF-II) at 220 KV S/S Pahadi. The work involves the cutting, bending, rectification i.e. pipe & its connecting clamps, lubrication of all the moving parts like bush and roller assembly for completion of above work satisfactorily. All the required consumable materials shall be in the scope of contractor. Latch, closing trigger, removal of defective rollers and re-fixing of new roller, re-assembly of same operating mechanism assembly including all associated work for successful completion of job.

Repair & complete overhauling of operating mechanism of 220 KV Isolator(Line Isolator of 220 KV Banda-Pahadi ckt 2 Bay) at 220 KV S/S Pahadi. Complete overhauling and rewinding works of 3 phase AC, 415V , 50Hz damaged motor of cooling fan of 40MVA/100 MVA T/Fs(2 No. cooling Fan motors of 40 MVA T/F-2 & 2 No cooling fans of 100 MVA T/F-II) at 220KV S/S Pahadi. Work includes dismantling of fan motor from cooling fan stand of 40MVA/100MVA T/F. Complete rewinding work to be done with H class insulation winding wire, repairing of rotor and housing of motor and replacement of bearing of motor if required. After repairing and rewinding of motor, fitting the motor with fan stand, checking its operation and all other associated work to be done for complete the job.

Safely Carriage of 5 Nos. Transformer oil Drum from 220KV S/S Pahadi to 132KV S/S Karvi (Chitrakoot) by private vehicle (Approx dist- 30 km).work also include safely loading and unloading, of Transformer oil drum at both end & proper stacking at Karvi S/S store.
