Sweeping/cleaning/dusting of all types of covered area/Open area, doors, windows, footpath, Parking open spaces & all types of fitting & fixtures of all floors to be scrubbed & wet cleaning. The work also include collection & disposal of garbage/waste to the designated dumping ground complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.Note :-1. The work shall be governed by the prescribed special terms and conditions of contract, inter-alia, including that the contractor shall provide trained manpower, all consumables and mechanized equipment required for housekeeping at his own cost.2. Ensure strict compliance with statutory provisions such as Minimum Wages, EPF, ESI and other labour laws.3. Maintain proper records of deployment and payments.4. The contractor shall also be fully responsible for deployment, conduct, safety, and discipline of the personnel engaged, and no subletting of the contract shall be permitted.5. In case any complaint is received attributable to misconduct/misbehavior of contractor's personnel, a penalty of Rs. 5000/- for each such incident shall be levied.6. If Cleanliness is not observed upto the satisfaction of the Department, a penalty of Rs. 1,000/- per day will be imposed.
