Providing and fitting of 25mm dia hemp core multi stranded steel wire ropes of standard make (certificate for conformance to IS: 2266 by the manufacturer to be submitted by the contractor) to all the three Forebay gates. The job includes dismantling of old wire rope, fixing of new rope with heated lead and tin into the ropе socket. All tools and tackles shall be included in the job. Applying cadmium compound to the newly fixed wire rope and balancing of the gate and commissioning for smooth drive of the gate.

Providing and fitting of gate pulleys 24 STD along with spacers with ID 155 mm and brass/gunmetal bush 10 mm thick and along with pin as per sample. The job includes dismantling of old damaged pulleys and fabrication of working platform for the same Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
