| 1 | Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters of PVC door ,wooden door shutter, wooden window shutter , Mild steel window and Mild steel ventilators (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4.00 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. |

| 4 | Supply & Fixing second class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames wrought, framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 5 | Supply and Fixing Factory made 35mm thick framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail made of 2nd class Hard wood and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Butt Hinges, Tower bolts, Handles , sliding door bolts and painting shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate items of schedule 'A' BoQ. |
| 6 | Supply and Fixing 35mm thick, glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars), using 2nd class hard wood (as approved by Engineer-in-charge) edges of frming plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc , sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section8, Clause 8.24 (a), supplied and fitted to chowkhats complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i)Wire gauze / glass shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items of Schedule 'A' BoQ.(ii) Butt Hinges, Tower bolts, Handles , sliding door bolts , ordinary rat tail pattern springs and painting shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate items of schedule 'A' BoQ.(iii) The sutters shall be brought at site without primer and same shall be applying at site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (iv)Primer shall be measured paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ. |
