The TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator. The cubicle shall have free standing bottom frame/stand of height 600mm & dimension as required for panel & shall be made out of equal angle iron of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm. A detachable predrilled gland plate of thickness not less than 3 mm thick powder coated should be used at the bottom for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands.The above panel shall be front & back openable lockable /openable by key from both side. Copper extension link shall be provided at incomer & outgoing end of MCCB of rating 100 Amps & above. The panel shall be powder coated of approved thickness complete including CTs, control wiring by 1.5Sqmm Wire, including taking down of old unsv panel after disconnecting Existing cable & Reconnecting the cables to new panels including providing cable glands, lugs, nut bolts etc, grouting bolts, the panel shall comprise of following and including demolition of existing PCC foundation, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge. |
