Demolition of existing RCC Overhead Water Tank of capacity 1,00,000 litres including staging approximately 25.00 metres above ground level, comprising dismantling/demolition of RCC tank container, dome/slab, ring beams, columns, braces, staging and all other RCC structural members forming part of the overhead tank structure complete, including breaking and dismantling of reinforced cement concrete members and cutting of reinforcement wherever required for complete removal of the RCC overhead tank structure, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and dismantling of wrought iron, structural steel and reinforcement steel members forming part of the existing RCC overhead water tank structure including ladders, platforms, railings, pipe supports, access arrangements and other connected steel components at all heights including staging approximately 25.00 metres above ground level, by cutting, unbolting, gas cutting or mechanical means as required, including cutting and removal of reinforcement bars from RCC members during demolition operations, complete for separation from the RCC structure, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing and transporting demolished materials obtained from demolition of RCC overhead water tank including concrete debris, reinforcement steel, wrought iron and structural steel members from site of work to a distance exceeding 1.50 km but not exceeding 15 km, including loading, transportation, unloading and depositing at locations, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
