| 7 | M & L PCC type 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in surface channels and drains. mixed with WPC(water proofing compound) as per manufacturer's instructions including demolition of cement concrete (Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in ground floors (below or above ground level) not exceeding 15cm thickness and removing the debris outside MD land upto requisite lead all as specified and directed |

| 10 | M&L for providing leakage/seepage proof coating on the wall surface of drain by applying primeseal primer of Dr fixit or equivalent of M/s STP Ltd under torch dry condiiton and subsequently applying two coats of water proof decorative elastomeric coating Note The aforesaid treatment shall be got executed by the contractor frpom authorised applicator of the manufacturer and also necessary documents in support of the above shall be submitted by the contractor complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces including requisite scaffolding with all safety equipments upto 15 mtr height complete all as specified and directed by EIC. |

| 15 | Dismantling GI Sheets (corrugated, semi corrugated,plain etc sheets in roof coverings, valley gutters complete all as specified and directed. |
| 16 | S&F Pre- painted galvalume sheet having aluminum zinc coating sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with fixed using hot dip galvanized, self drilling and self tapping screws neoprene and EPDM washers. Penetrations and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fastners etc complete all as specified and directed |
| 17 | S&f for Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting 2mm thick with two corrugations side lap fixed using self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by EIC. |
| 18 | Taking down eaves gutters (size upto 1.20m wide) and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store including necessary scaffolding (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed by EIC.
