| 2 | Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of air Cooled scroll type Chilled water Central AC Plant AHRI Certified of suitable capacity but not less than 3 x 36 TR (2 working 1 standby+) for NTS Teylerabad to maintain inside conditions for year round at inside design condition DBT 23 ± 2°C and RH (60 ± 5) % with 2 air changes per hour as per floor plan suitable for climatic conditions of Andaman Nicobar Island. The units shall be air cooled, factory fabricated and factory assembled and shall be capable to maintain the given temperature & RH complete including the following::- |
| 3 | Chilled water monoblock type centrifugal pumpset ( 2 Working + 1standby) , capable of suitable discharge at suitable head alonwith Chilled water piping MS, Heavy Grade(class C) ERW pipes of suitable diameter, including all weldable fittings, butterfly valves, NRVs & 'Y' strainers, balancing valve,interconnection between chiller, chilled water pumps with AHUs, suitable size PVC expansion tank with nitrile insulation, pressure gauges, stem type thermometers,water flow switches and cooling coil units.Chilled water piping shall be insulated with suitable thickness of nitrile insulation including necessary supporting structure complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 4 | Dehumidification system with sufficient electrical strip heaters or duct heaters with control cable and controls/sensors for ensuring dehumidification system with duct type heaters or pan type dehumidifiers |
| 5 | Double-skin type horizontal, floor-mounted, top discharge air handling units -02 Nos along with one no ceiling suspended type AHUs/FCU asper site requirement and capacity not less than 30,400 CFM (Qty/Capacity as per OEM design) capable of delivering suitable air using VFD system. the AHU shall be wetted type or viscous type & Washable type of 'EU4' filter (pre-filter, efficiency 90% down to 10 micron), 8 rows deep chilled water cooling coil section with SS sandwiched drain tray powder coated and insulated with elastomeric insulation of suitable thickness, Mixing valve of suitable size with motorised actuator, Auto air vent etc complete. |
| 6 | Motorized, spring return type, combination fire and smoke damper including Control panel actuator, including electrical spring type actuator, remote indication of the fire damper position |
| 7 | Galvanized steel sheet metal (G.S.S.) rectangular ducting of suitable gauge/size/thickness HVAC Duct along with required scaffolding work to install the ducts at site complete of suitable sizes with adequate nitrile insulation & acoustic insulation alongwith Aluminium powder coated supply grills with volume control dampers, return grills without volume control dampers complete. |
| 8 | Factory made, CPRI type tested, outdoor, cubical compartmental type \\"HVAC Panel\\" of suitable size alongwith sub control panels for complete HVAC components including main & control cabling. |
