(ii) 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on surface mixed with WPC @ 2% by weight of cement as per manufacturers instructions. (iii) Cleaning of plastered surface and applying one coat of hot blown bituminous primer conforming to IS -3384 (latest) @ 0.5 Ltr / Sqm. (iv) APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by torch application complete all as specified. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 30 cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (v) Applying one coat of bituminous aluminium primer over APP membrane @ 0.11 Lit / Sqm. Note:- (a) Primer, APP membrane & bituminous aluminium paint shall be of same manufacturer and executed through applicator authorised by the approved manufacturer only. (b) Membrane shall be laid with side overlap of 100 mm and end overlap of 150 mm as per manufacturers instruction. (c) PCC Padding & WPC will be measured and paid separately. |
