At the bottom there shall be brick ballast pad of size 5x6’x3” thick in ratio 1:3:6 [Cement, sand and brick ballast]. The first class brick wall work shall be 9” thick in ratio 1:4 [Cement and sand]. The hollow portion among the wall shall be filled up with the brick ballast properly hammered and rammered as per direction of supervising engineer. On the top of the wall there shall be mesh of 12 mm thick iron rod at distance of 9’’ and RCC work in ratio 1:3:6 [Cement, Sand and grit stone] There shall be plastering all over the plinth 12 mm thick in ratio 1:4 [Cement and sand] above the ground level.
