Apply 1 coat of wall bind adhesive mixture to the cementous surface/ wall tiles/ concrete surface using a roller & brush as base coat.(b) Applying the double layer of glass fibre mesh of 60 GSM on base coat of vertical wall surface & apply two coat of above mixture of poly plastic fibre adhesive/ Ezee coat ultra with a roller & brush to cover the fibre mesh thoroughly. (c) Final & top coat apply with mixing ratio of poly plastic fibre/ Ezee coat ultra top coat & water & white cement as per manufacturer instructions.Note :- The poly plastic fibre/ Ezee coat ultra should have following characterstics :-(a) Resists positive hydrostatic presure of upto 14 bars.(b) Crack filling ability upto 45 mm.(c) Temp control upto 14 degree celecious on any surface like concrete roof, metal shed & for walls also.(d) High durablity to water, fire & UV rays covering climate condition to + 55 degree celcious.Make : Nerolac Perma/ European Paints & Chemicals/ Ever Paint. Note:- The treatment shall be done on vertical cementious surface/ tile/new/concrete surface/brick tile for proper bonding & requsite results Surface to be treated shall be passed by Engr-in-Charge including necessary scaffolding up to15 metre and safety measure to complete the work nothing shall be paid extra. |
