Annual Maintenance of engaging essential service to 32 IAS Officers Quaters (X1 & X2 Block) at SAFGV Scheme for the period from 01.06.2026 to 31.03.2027 by engaging the required and properly trained, 1.Pump operator for maintenance such as to operate the electric motor for pumping water from well to sump and sump to OHT for day to day water supply arrangements to the flats 2.Electrican Grade II for attending electrical fault in wiring and replacing the bulb,starter,chock in common area, any complaints from the residents of the scheme and all types of electrical fittings excluding cost of material but including labour charges3.Carpenter Grade-II for attend the complaints in cup-boards, wooden doors, windows in the flats and common area and any complaints related to carpending works from the residents of the scheme.4.Sweeper for cleaning the common area, Staircase including clearing the cob-web, Cleaning the terrace area, maintain the scheme area around the building in a neat and tidy condition. 5.Scavanger for cleaning of vegetations, bushes, jungle clearance and around the blocks, desilting, clean the gully traps and cleaning the storm water drains and removal of debris away from the scheme area, maintaining the avenue trees and garden plants and to maintain the scheme area in a neat and tidy condition. All the above mentioned labours are avaialble as per time schedule indicated below. All the works are complete in all respects and as directed by the departmental officers.

Pump Operators / Plumber (1 person per day (from 6.00AM to 10.00PM)

Electrician Grade-II(2 person per day (from 6.00AM to 2.00PM and 2.00PM to 10.00PM)

Providing Security Guard (Watch & Ward) round the clock in three shift (2 person per shift) (day and night) in X1 and X2 Block to look after to safe guard the department materials kept inside in and around the scheme area avoid theft such as motors, water supply items, Pipe Lines, Valves, electrical items, main switch, EB meter, Genset battery & Accessories, sanitary fittings and safety of fixtures & fittings in building including cost of replacing missing store materials if any during the period from 01.06.2026 to 31.03.2027 (304 Days) against damages, encroachment of common space and other electrical materials etc. including all incidental charges such as khaki uniform torch light, badge rain coat, shoes etc. all complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
