| 1 | To and fro transportation from 11KV Receiving Substation to firms work place and re-commissioning the transformer on site including loading & unloading at both sides with testing and commissioning charges as required with all labour, materials, tools, tackles, transportation etc. as directed by Engineer in charge. |
| 2 | Overhauling and replacement of main shaft oil seal for OLTC of 8 MVA, 33KV / 6.6KV transformer. |
| 3 | Supply and replacement of HV / LV coils of 200 KVA Distribution Transformer by new annealed tinned copper conductors of similar size, including rewinding, varnishing and vacuuming etc., duly retaining the removed burnt winding coils handover to General store / E/M Store as directed by engineer-in-charge. |
| 4 | Supply and replacement of HV / LV coils of 250 KVA Distribution Transformer by new annealed tinned copper conductors of similar size, including rewinding, varnishing and vacuuming etc., duly retaining the removed burnt winding coils handover to General store / E/M Store as directed by engineer-in-charge. |
| 5 | Supply and replacement of HV / LV coils of 400 KVA Distribution Transformer by new annealed tinned copper conductors of similar size, including rewinding, varnishing and vacuuming etc., duly retaining the removed burnt winding coils handover to General store / E/M Store as directed by engineer-in-charge. |
| 6 | Re-Insulation of the HT / LT coils for 200KVA, 250KVA & 400KVA transformers as directed by engineer-in-charge. |
| 7 | Painting to transformer with 2 coats Zinc chromate red oxide duly scraping existing paint followed by 2 coats of hammer ton grey paint etc., as directed by engineer-in-charge. |
| 8 | Re-fixing of the HV / LV coils, Re-fitting of the core, brazing of the internal connections, Heating of the Transformer in heating chamber for IR values improvement, replacement of all the necessary accessories including gasket, oil seals with new RC -70C grade gaskets, tinkering of the transformer and terminal covers, all consumable i.e Nuts, Bolts, washers, Breather with silicagal, etc., as per the site requirements. |
