Cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm. size hard granite crusher broken chips of approved quality free from weathered skin and flakes including hoisting, laying and compacting the concrete to required thickness including proper watering, curing to required period with cost of all materials, conveyance, royality and cost of labours, T&P etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Iron works wroughts and put up in trusses and record racks including cost of all materials, conveyance and cost of labours, T&P etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fitting, fixing colour GCI sheet 0.45mm thick of approved quality in roof including drilling holes and fixing of ridges valleys, wind ties with cost of all materials, conveyance, and cost of all labours, T&P etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Priming one coat with any approved primer in Iron work including cost, of all materials, conveyance and cost of all labours and T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with any approved enamel paint on new wood / Iron works including cost of all materials, conveyance and cost of all labours and T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised rigid PVC soil,waste and rain water pipes conforming to IS:13592 Type ,including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS:5382,leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion, including cost of all materials, conveyance and cost of all labours etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
