| 5 | Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre.including Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. | 9 | S&F for rotational moulded High Density Poly-Ethylene water storage tanks of capacity 500 litre and conforming to IS, hoisted and fixed in any position includiing dismantling of water tanks capacity exc 250 ltrs but n.exc 500 ltrs and removing from the site or to store complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. |

| 11 | S&F for GI tubes medium grade 20mm dia, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors, including taking up or down steel tubing of 20mm bore and connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. |
| 12 | S&F in repair ball valves suitable for 20 mm bore iron pipe high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (minimum weight 210 gms) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. |
| 13 | M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description and in any position over 10 cm width or girth as in roof, not other wise specially described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. |
| 14 | M&L for removing old paint by paint removers and cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats, any width or girth as in roof, not other wise specially described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.
