| 9 | Disposal small dead animals like Dog, Goat, Cat, Birds etc. found inside the hospital complex including transportationto the specified place, making earth pit, disposal of dead animal into pit with adequate quantity of salt, lime, bleaching powder etc. and refilling the pit with earth all complete with tools, tackles and consumables as per instruction of EIC. |
| 10 | Cleaning of toilet (Floor area up to 10 Sqm.) including cleaning of dado, skirting, WC pan (Indian type/western type), wash basins, urinals, glass shelves, mirror and other fittings, if any, for ‘D’ type or equivalent Qtrs, including any other wash basin outside the toilet by hand dusting & cleaning with soap solution, acids, deodorants, phenyl etc. to make the toilet clean & hygienic all complete with tools, tackles & consumables as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 11 | Cleaning of toilet (Floor area up to 8 Sqm.) including cleaning of dado, skirting, WC pan (Indian type/western type), wash basins, urinals, glass shelves, mirror and other fittings, if any, for ‘C’ type or equivalent Qtrs, including any other wash basin outside the toilet by hand dusting & cleaning with soap solution, acids, deodorants, phenyl etc. to make the toilet clean & hygienic all complete with tools, tackles & consumables as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. |
