| 1 | The following works are carried out for replacement of Gaskets of 40MVA T/F-I (GEC ALSTHOM make) along with other associated works at 220KV sub station Sarh Kanpur with all cost of men, misc consumables, crane/hydra, centrifuging machine, normal & special T&P’s, any other accessory works required for satisfactory completion of the job, as per technical specification & direction of the supervising engineer, as per details below- |
| 2 | Complete draining of the T/F oil from the 40MVA T/F-I into oil tanker/oil drums and stacking them at proper place. |
| 3 | Complete dismantling of the 40MVA T/F as required for gasket replacement. The scope of work involves dismantling of HV LV neutral bushing, turrets, radiators, conservator tank, explosion vent pipe. Buchholtz relay. Oil pipe lines. Flanges, valves, cooling fans cc, along with opening of associated electrical connections, stacking of all the dismantled parts at proper place in the switch yard including proper blanking of the open points before replacement of gaskets. |
| 4 | Complete replacement of gaskets of 40MVA T/F. the scope of work involves replacement of gaskets removal of old/ damaged Rim gasket of transformer’s top cover and old/damaged gaskets of different parts of the transformer by cleaning of surfaces, providing & fabrication of gaskets out of good quality rubberized cork sheet gaskets of Konika-troborze/nu-cork make having temperature bearing capacity around 380 degree Celsius and fixing the gaskets with adhesive at Rim & other surfaces including bushing ‘O’ rings etc. As per requirement. |
| 5 | Cleaning of transformer core and winding by hot transformer oil and removing the complete sludge from bottom by hot oil flushing with centrifuging machine. |
| 6 | Complete erection of 40MVA T/F-I by erection of HV/LV/Neutral bushings, turrets, radiators, conservator tank, explosion vent pipe, buchholtz relay, oil pipe lines flanges, valves, cooling fans etc. At its original place. Complete evacuation of main tank of the transformer and fillings of dry nitrogen/dry air of dew point -50’C or better in vacuum upto pressure of 0.25Kg/cm and the again evacuating the transformer tank after required time interval (approx, 12hrs.) using centrifuging machine. The scope of work involves measuring due point values of N2 after every cycle till the required value is achieved. |
| 7 | Centrifuging of oil filled in oil tanker, UN-interrupted till the desired BDV value of the archived oil is achieved, filling of transformer oil into main tank and radiators from oil tanker, then centrifuging & circulation of the oil in transformer, UN-interrupted till the desired BDV values of the oil & IR values are achieved resistance etc. Every 2 hours. Centrifuging machine, its operator, all associated T&P’s etc. Shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. |
| 8 | Outside complete spray painting of above 40MVA T/F including its main tank, main/OLTC conservator tanks, radiators, headers, associated pipe lines, support structures, marshaling box etc. By 1 coat of red oxide primer and then applying 2 coats of smoke Grey colour 1” quality synthetic enamel paint of Asian/Berger/Nerolac make at the gap of 48hrs. Interval each with the help of spray painting machine after due rubbing & cleaning of the rusted surfaces , cleaning & washing of dust/dirt/oil deposits. |
| 9 | Carriage of 20KL oil tank from 220KV substation Panki to 220KV substation Sarh for purpose of storing of oil after draining from T/F including cost of loading/unloading/transportion/truck/fuel/driver and any other T&P as required for carriage work.
