(a) R, Y & B phase of 33 KV TBC AND 33KV IIM CB from breaker assembly.(b) Dismantling of Low megger Value vacuum interrupter assembly with copper shunt, copper block & drive insulator. Also Replacement of damaged pole insulator (Lower side) of Concern CB.(c) Refitting of New vacuum interrupter (1600 AMP) assembly with copper shunt & copper block. Lifting of pole assembly for fitting at its original place at breaker.(d) The Work also include rectification of any mechanical probicm in CB mechanism.(e) After Replacing Vacuum Interupter and after setting of drive rod of above CB's, following tests are to be carried out:-(f) Opening & closing time of breaker of each pole.(g) Carrying out Contact Resistance Mcasurement.(h) Checking of megger values of breaker poles.(i) Checking tripping of breaker at 70% DC voltage.(j) Checking the CLOSE/OPEN operation of breaker.(k) Prepare and submit the site overhauling report & all test report of each breaker.Note : Vaccum Interrupter (1600 AMP) shall be provided by Contractor.
