Supplying a skilled person round the clock for operating dam gates and valves manually /Electrically, operating the DG set whenever necessary, operating the departmental pump (electrically) provided at Moozhiyar dam gallery for pumping out the seepage water from the gallery, monitoring the reservoir level and reporting it to various officers including Power House at Moozhiyar and Kakkad, Assistant Engineer & Sub Engineer of Dam safety Section No.II, Moozhiyar and Assistant Executive Engineer, Dam safety Subdivision, Seethathode on hourly basis, , taking rain guage reading from the rain gauage station provided at the down stream of Moozhiyar dam and reporting it to the Assistant Engineet & Sub Engineer, Dam safety Section No.II, Moozhiyar daily at 7am and record it into the rain fall register including communication charge etc.complete.

Supplying plumber for attending minor repairs to pumps provided at the dam gallery, attending any other plumbing works etc, complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge

Supplying an electrician for attending minor repairs to the pannel board and control pannel of gates and valves, repairing damaged wiring of the gallery and dam top lighting, attending any other electrical works etc, complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge .

Scraping , cleaning and washing the gallery floor and steps, side drain of the gallery etc with water and removal of rubbish and other substances outside the periphery of the dam including cost of labour, all lead and lift etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. (3 times in a year -1st during May, 2rd during october and 3rd during February).

Sweeping and cleaning dam top and premises and removl of rubbish and other waste material outside the periphery of the dam including all lead and lift etc complete as directed by the departmental officers (3 times in a year)

Engaging special mazdoor for removing plants and vegetation etc from the upstream and downstream face of dam and also under karb portion as per the direction by the Engineer in charge.
