Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works. (Ref:-14.72) |
| 9 | Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. |

| 11 | Cleaning of existing RCC/plastered surfaces with hand grinding machine/Mannually and chiseling of existing putty, broken glass, debris, rubbish, undulation, etc. and preparation of existing surface for grooves, drip course, edging, cuts,etc. complete in all respect as per the satisfaction of engineer in-charge.as per the entire satisfaction of engineer in-charge. | 12 | Providing & Laying Micro concrete of M 40 grade to maintain original shape & size of columns & beams by form work & pumping technic for area where more than 25mm thick concrete will be required. (Ref:-N.S.) |
