One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid(dilution with wateer in the ratio of 3:1) and second coat of undilutated elastomeric waterproofing liquid, followed by 3rd and final coat of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid(dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 200 microns) with waterproofing guarantee of 10 years. Prior to all this activity surface preparation to be done by removing Dust, Algae, Fungus, Oil, grease, etc and crack filling after making V-section groove by Smartcare Textured or equivalent crack filler wherever required. For Tile mosaic surface use Smartcare Terrrace Tile primer or equivalent for better adhesion. Use geotextile fleece for accessible terraces. The item rate is inclusive of all material with wastage, labor, Tools, Tackles, Consumable, Scaffolding, etc. |
