Providing Annual comprehensive maintenance of complete fire sensing and Public Address System (Bosch make) installed in Block-B, GMCH, Sector-32 Chandigarh. Under the AMC the firm shall provide preventive maintenance service of the system. (Please refer DNIT for complete specification of item no.1)

Supply, installations, testing and commissioning of intelligent multisensor detector with integrated fault isolator/ isolator base. The intelligent multi criteria detector shall have integrated fault isolator/ fault isolator base as per NFPA style 7 to make ensure complete system working without losing any detector incase of cable fault. Be an addressable device that is designed to monitor a minimum of photoelectric and thermal technologies in a single sensing device. The design shall include the ability to adapt to its environment by utilizing a built in microprocessor to determine its environment and choose the appropriate sensing settings. This detector shall utilize advanced electronics that react to slow smoldering fires and thermal properties all within a single sensing device. Make: - Siemens (Fire Finder)/ Bosch/ Honeywell (Notifier) only.

Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of batteries of the following capacities after dismantling the old / defective batteries from the site. The job includes the cost of making connection of new battery with suitable rating copper wire, thimbles & any other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. The batteries should be of Exide / Amaron / Tata Green / Panasonic make only. The guarantee card of the battery shall have to be submitted before installing the same at site.
