Cement Concrete (1:2:4) with 12 mm size broken hard granite chips for R.C.C. works including hoisting and laying etc. complete as per direction of Engg-in-Charge .

Providing fitting and fixing at all height flase ceilling of 12 mm thick tapered edge gypsum board including providing and fixing of frame work made of from M.S sheet and galvanised in accordance with zinc coating 600 and consisting of angle cleats of sixe including fixing the Gypsum Board with ceilling sectiona dperimerter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30mm long.the perimeter of ceilling fixid to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center with 25 mm long drive all screws 2230 mm inerval including jointing and fixing to a flush ficish of tapered and square edge of the gupsum board with recommended filler,paper tapes,ficisher and two coats of primer suitable for gypsum board,including the cost of painting.(No deduction have to made for lightopening.)Complete in all respect as per direction in charge.

Providing fitting and fixing of Decorative Gypsum Curniceetc complete in all respect as per direction in charge.

Red Oxide Priming one coat with Red oxide primer of approved quality etc. complete as per direction of Engg-in-Charge .

Enamel Painting two coats with enamel paint of approved quality etc. complete as per direction of Engg-in-Charge .

Supplying and fixing of Roller binderbinds by fixing powder coated top channel, bttom channel, with bottom end cap, control unit and good quality of 0.60 mm thick fabric of approved design and quality etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engg-in-charge
