Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters up to 10 metres span and 5 metres height including stacking the material within 50 metres lead :of sectional area 40 square centimetres and above.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture. With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia& length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick Marine plywood panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured).
