| 5 | Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint on Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surfacewith Silicone additives of required shade |
| 6 | Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. |
| 7 | Providing and Painting one or more coats on old work with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. |
| 8 | Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm. |
| 9 | Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in 600x600 mm sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. |
| 10 | Providing and laying in position 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth leve. |
| 11 | Providing and laying cement concrete in coping with 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing. |
| 12 | Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases for columns. |
