| 8 | Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial de-silting of manholes and de-chocking of sewer lines. De-chocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150mm dia upto 300mm dia for all depth. |
| 9 | Cleaning and de-silting of gully trap chamber, including removal of rubbish mixed with earth etc. and disposal of same, all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 10 | Cleaning and de-silting of Man hole Chamberof any size , any depth, including removal of rubbish mixed with earth etc. and disposal of same, all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 11 | Cleaning of septic tank of any size including soak pit by mechanical or manual means including removing waste matter, sewage, sullage, and removal of the same from the site from site to approved dumping ground upto 15km lead and finally cleaning with fresh water all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor may visit the site i.e Sector 21C BSNL Stall colony where the item is to be executed for the site site conditions, size of septik tank etc. before quoting of his rates. |
| 12 | Cleaning of open draing of any cross sectional area manual means including removing waste matter, sewage, sullage, and removal of the same from the site from site to approved dumping ground upto 15km lead and finally cleaning with fresh water all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Sector 21C BSNL Stall colony where the item is to be executed for the site site conditions, size of open drain etc. before quoting of his rates. |
| 13 | Refixing of already removed boundary wall railing which are lying in premisses by erecting, placing in position by pouring the cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4graded stone aggregates 40mm moninal size) in required quantity as per existing hole in boundary wall all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 14 | Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. |
| 15 | 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) |
| 16 | Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : a) New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm). |
| 17 | Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials, Vegitation waste by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
