(b) Provision and maintenance of all tools, plants, equipment and safety gear required for tradesman under this contract (c) provision of communication facilities to supervisor and tradesman.(d) Monitoring and management of complaint report from generation to execution of complaint including spending complaint.(e) Updating status of lodged complaints before end of day.(f) Provision of motorized conveyance for development to all trademen under this contract (h) Basic input to be noted from the complainants will be locality, Bldg No, Qtr No, name and rank of complainants and exact nature of complaint and mobile number /telephone(g) On lodging the complaint, the complaint No will be assigned for reference. Also system should indicate an approximate time for repair. Accordingly a corresponding complaint slip shall be generated by the system with all relevant info. Complaint slip should be printed in triplicate and to be handed over immediately to supervisor who shall detail appropriate tradesman for repair with required material/ store. one copy of complaint shall be retained in the Complaint Centre and two copies with tradesman.(h) on both copies of complaint slip, status of the complaint attendedt shall be endorsed by the complaint/ user. one copy to be retained by the complainant and second copy to be with tradesman for handing over in the Complaint Centre. Reason for non attending of complaint etc shall be recorded along with estimate of expect time to attend and rectifying the complaint.(j) At the end of each day, summary of complaints shall be prepared and generated indicating No of complaints lodged, attended in time, reason for not attending, probable time required for attending the pending complaints etc.(k) JE in charge of MES will review the complaints recorded in the system daily and will carry out personal inspection of complaint attended and its status and will take remedial measure in this regard.(l) AGE will visit the complaint cell at least twice in a week and GE at least once in a week to check the efficiency of the system and record their remark accordingly. Note:-contractor shall be responsible for the following:- (i) installation of landline telephone connection with Internet broadband facility, obtaining SIM cards for mobile phone for supervisor and workers, deployed by the contractor. (ii) payment of telephone bills, Internet charges, mobile bills, expenses etc shall be borne by the contractor and no claim whatsever on this account will be admissible by the department. (iii) A computer/PC sys with internet connection for the complaints logding and supervising will be provided by the contractor and will not be paid separately. (iv) Space for complaint cell /office and store will be provided by the department and for any security Breach/theft activity department will not be responsible.
