| 4 | S&F for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails, rafters and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats and vertical poles etc., complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | M&L for plain cement concrete Type C2 (1:3:6) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete including demolition of concrete in ground floor, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | M&L for Brick work including work in small patches for repair around the hinges of steel doors, closing holes in brick work in 3/4 storey bldgs for eaves filling/filling existing holes in masonry and similar works or any other kind of brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6, including demolition of unservicable brick work available on site, complete all as specifed and directed. |
