| 1 | Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and directed |
| 2 | Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on external surface of brick wall or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement mixed with WPC complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separetely. |
| 3 | Supply only Liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed |
| 4 | Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on internal surface of brick wall or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | Material and labour for 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | Complete removal of existing treatment of walls plastered or unplastered, washing, rubbin down and stopping of painted surfaces etc. complete all as specified and directed |
| 7 | M&L for providing and applying wall care putty of 1mm thick over plastered surface by rubbing down with sand paper and make surfaces even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | M & L for prepration of old surfaces of exterior wall decorating and water proofing treatment to wall surface by wire brushing in order to remove dust, dirt, loose particles, laitance. Thereafter wash the surface with clan water & allow to dry. Fill visible cracks/ joints by chemistic crack seal caulking compound & allow to dry for 24 hours. Apply a primer coat of chemistic prime M Seal (water base primer) and allow to dry for 6 hours. Thereafter applying 02 coats of chemistik PDS-50 (WB high build anti caronatin coating cum waterproofing) & shade by brush at the interval of 08 hours between the coat and allow to dry to match the existing shade including necessary scaffolding for any height of uilding, covering etc complete all as per specified and directed. |
| 9 | Material & Labour for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed |
