M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two layers in CM 1:4 externally on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and smooth withourt using extra cement mixed with and including water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement on top layer including taking down old plaster on wall/concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, complete all as specified and as directed.
