Note- Surface to be made even and smooth by filling the depression if any. |
| 5 | M&L two coats of distemper oil emulsionon allready preprade surfaces, of shade as approved by Engr-in-charge by auto paint roller over a coat of primer on prepared surface to make the surface smooth without any marks complete all as specified and directed by Enge-in-charge. | 13 | Rendering dubbing coat over damaged irregular surface of patches at colms,chajja,canopy and soffits, roof projections ceiling facia etc using GI Chiken Mess of size 0.25mm thick and 20mm aparture fixed with nails including necessary scaffolding arrangement as required at site average 15mm thick incm 1:4 over cement slurry coat thick @ 3 Kg/Sqm making the surface even followed by 5mm hick rendering in CM 1:3 furnished even and smooth including applying two coats of weather proof emultion paint incl making of drip course as reqd complete incl roughening surface of old concrete by picking sweeping clean and washing with water all Complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge Note rate for form work if reqd incl in the rate quaoteed by the contractor. |
| 14 | M&L applying two coats of acrylic exterior emulsion paint as approved of any shade pattern in camouflage pattern over a coat of primer including preparation of newly plastered surfacessurfaces as per manufacture instructions complate all as specified and as directed.
