Note :- Interior acrylic emulsion pain should be done as per following processer :-(i) For complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of old decorated treatment on wall / chajja/ corner by scrapping with trucare wall sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7\\"/9\\" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and filling cracks, holes etc complete. (ii) The painting will be done by authorized applicator & procedure will be as per manufacturer instruction on wall by using Air-less paint sprayer or by roller/brush where sprayer painting not possible.(iii) MAKE :- NerolacKashmir/Asian royale Glitz / Berger silk Glamor or Techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS. |

Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made. |
