Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 meters lead. For thickness of tiles above 25 mm and upto 40 mm

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing & Applying of Stone pattern Micro fiber reinforced light weight cementitious wall stamp concrete overlay system reflecting stone/ brick pattern, Product to be applied in approved shade & pattern & as per manufacturers specification as well as approved vendor. Material Base should be applied with Durabond admixtre and water with required thickness or as per manufacturer’s specification. Coloring- After the wall overly surface get dry special high performance, exterior grade UV resistance pigments will be applied as per required shades. The product should be finally sealed with silicon acrylic sealantto make it dust & water replant.
