Providing corrugated sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing in roof with necessary self tapping screws sandwich panel Trafford roofing sheet with total thickness of 50mm with polyurethane foam of Density 36 Kg/cum plus or minus 2 Kg/cum with thermal conductivity with of less than or equal to 22 MW/MK and form tensile strength (adhesion) at 80C Greater than or equal to 80Kpa and youngs modulus at 80C greater than or equal to 2500 Kpa sandwiched between two GI sheets. The external and internal sheet shall have thickness of 0.40mm and 0.30mm respectively. The external and internal sheet shall be JSW/TATA/Bhushan/LLoyds make having a minimum 150 GSM galvalume coating pre-painted with approved colour and shade by the Engineer in charge with an SMP coating of 18 microns over epoxy coats of 7 microns

Removing the existing damaged screws from the roofing sheets and filling the holes with silicone sealant wherever required. Providing and fixing new self-drilling / self-tapping screws of size 5.5 × 55 mm with EPDM sealing washer to ensure proper sealing and prevention of water leakage. The screws shall be fixed firmly to the supporting members to ensure proper anchorage of the roofing sheets. The work shall be carried out at all heights with necessary safety precautions, including the use of safety harness, helmets, safety boots, and other protective equipment, and shall be executed as per safety standards and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC), complete in all respects.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
