| 6 | M & L for distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre of approved munufacutre of required shade and colour complete as sper munufacuters specification two or more coat on new work inclduing priming chalk whiting applied over new surfaces all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | Cutting down the plant/trees of girth n exc 15cm, from roof/top sides of external walls of bldgs, in chajjas, wall junctions, junctions of GI/CI/AC/PVC pipes and taking out roots entered in wall/slabs, applying emulsion of non toxic chemicals including making good the surface using PCC 1:2:4 type B1 or cement mortar (1:2) or brick work in CM(1:4) plastered with CM(1:4) to match with existing surface and repairing the pipes and joints which was affected by cutting down/taking out process all as specified and as directed for plants / trees located upto a ht of 7.50 mtrs from GL.etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. |

| 10 | Terrace/ Roof/Balcony /Chajja Waterproofing with Pure Polyurethane. (i) Cleaning the surface and made free of dirt, foreign particles, laitance followed by grinding all protrusions to make surface modulated. Thereafter, inspection for cracks on the surface caused by thermal expantion contraction. Cutting the grooves with suitable cutter machine in \\"v\\" groove filled with Repair mortar/Microconcrete/General purpose grout as recommended proportionaly as per recommendation of manufacturer.Making of Gollas at all the corners with Polymer modified mortar(1:4 Cement:sand with 3.5% Acylic of cement weigth). (ii). Supplying and applying High build elastomeric waterproofing coating based on pure, hydrophobic polyurethane, cold applied of spray / brush applied, membrane with an elongation of 280% and tensile strength of 2.7 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 2370, crack bridging ability of 3mm, no leakage upto 5 bars of water pressure as per DIN 1048, min 88 % solid content. The system includes final base preparation, epoxy primer 1:1(Resin:hardner) application with 100 % water dilution and Pure polyurethane application in 2 coats with a total min consumption of 1.25 Kg per SQM .Application should be done with Graco sprayer by a company authorised applicator.
