Providing and fixing polycarbonate sheet sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws with EPDM seal, and the joints shall be provided with aluminium strips at top and bottom as a seal complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. Providing Design, Supply, Erection and installation of primary steel structure work in Mild steel built up tubular SHS/CHS/RHS section including cutting, hosting, welding, fixing in positions. Applying a two coat of Duco paint over one coat of Anti Oxide Duco primer after rust cleaning process. Providing Design and fixing imported shade fabric of weight not less than 725 GSM fabric. This should also include cutting, welding and cables, Plates and necessary hardware for fixing the fabric as approved shape as per drawing.
