M&L Brushing neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) 40 mm thick.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick cement mortar plaster 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing with smooth finish without using extra cement in all position, including taking down damaged plastering on wall.

M&L Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of external walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soots, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots, including filling holes of nails and unevenness. Including Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

M&L Preparation and cleaning of horizontal/ vertical surfaces at any height (maximum 7.0mtrs) with mechanical grinder /wire brush to remove all protutions, oil, dirt, mud, dust, etc. The old coatings if any has to be removed completely. The cracks cavities below 3mm thick to be filled with poymeric filler and if cracks are beyond 3mm thick water resistant polymer adhesive paste to be filled after cutting / enlarging cracks in complete dry condition. The surface then to be air cured for 72 hours. Again same surface has to be rubbed/ polished with 150 number emery paper. After surface preparation dampness has to be checked with appropriate instrument and first coat of Polyurethane based polymeric compositions water resistance materials 2k properties tested and certified by National Chemical Laboratory has to be applied with roller/ brush over complete dry and clean surface. After leaving for 24 hours for air curing the applied surface to be rubbed with 320 number emery paper and bubbles/ unevenness if any to be repaired. Second coat of Polyurethane based polymeric compositions water resistance materials 2k properties tested and certified by National Chemical Laboratory has to be applied with roller/ brush which will be further air cured for 72 hours.
