| 1 | Providing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door: Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (UPVC) sections. Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mmx55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all cirner hoints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25x24x25mm steel reinforcemnet with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60x74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals. Hardware: all the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outside. Glazing: The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass/6mm bison lam. Installation: The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber. The window system should be fixed directly tot he plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and driving MS electroplated screws into plug. |
| 2 | Supplying and fixing UPVC windows and casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and the shutter profile are reinforcement with GI /1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered section wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (Black colour) covered with over all the edges of frames and shutter the shutter will be provided with ESpag multi unit power locks also operate it as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned.Radiation free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow laekage of water even atmost ranging stroms and should has key lockable action , security protective hinges, strong locking system and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism betwenn sash and outer frame that enables the opening of the windows. The windows should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screw and silicon packing all round the frames. The windows should be got approved from the executive engineer before use on work. |

| 4 | REDADOOING THE WALLS With white colour GUAZED TILES of size 300*200*6mm of best approved quality ion cement motor 1:2 (one cement and two stand )and pointing with the same colour cement neatly to full death of tiles in all floors as directed by the dapartmental officers and complying with standard specifacition. the colour of the tiles should be the tiles should be got approvrd by the departmental officers before execution |
| 5 | Painting the ceiling /wall surface with one coat of cement painting with white cement over plain surface including labour cost of paint, brush etc..Complete as standard specification. |

| 8 | Charges for repairing the damaged plastered surface chipping and chissiling the damaged surface and removing the loosened portions and than finishing the same surface with cement mortar 1:3(one cement and three sand ) with an average thickness of more than 25mm tk in two layers not more than 12mm tk(for each layers) including providing necessary scaffolding arrangements with required casurina poles cost of coir labour etc including cost and conveyance of all material required for above work & labour charges for all works as directed by the corporation officers. |
