Supply complete Alarm Monitoring System with all necessary accessories including installation and commissioning : 1 LS1. PC CPU I7 Latest generation, 16 GB RAM, 1 TB Hard disk, OS Windows 11, with all the accessories (02 nos)2. SCADA Software License, Dual Redundant Scada (02 nos)3. Serial Printer, Rs485 Convertor and all accessories.4. Master Controller with 3 Ethernet Port. For Distributed I/O Connection via Profinet ,Modbus TCP/IP. Programmable as per IEC61131-3. IO Module • DI: 256, DO: 8, AI: 70 (4-20mA) & 10 (0-10 V), RTD: 365.Remote Location: HMI repeater panel with mounting accessories. - 05 locations.6. All alarms set point to be set as per maker recommendation and trips to be tried out and shown to the ship staff.7. Check all field sensors, transducers, transmitters, magnetic switch etc. and defective units to be renewed including necessary cabling.8. Testing & proving the system to HSL/Ship Staff/Surveyor. Note: (a) Bidders are advised to visit the ship to access the Scope of Work, space available in ECR and wheel house for panel installation.(b) All Hardware shall be marine class approved.
