| 1 | Supplying, installation, Testing, Commissioning & programing of Microprocessor based Addressable Four loop capacity, Networkable type fire alarm control panel with log history . The panel should be equipped with sufficient numbers of 1 loop with up to 10 to 15% spare capacity with each loop shall have a capacity of minimum 99 detectors and 99 analog addressable devices in one loop with features Four access levels, capable of taking Flash Scan devices, 240 volts AC power supply, automatic battery charger, 24AH, 2x12 volts sealed lead acid batteries sufficient for 48 hours normal working and then be capable of operating the system for 2 hours during an emergency conditions as required. The panel shall be as per tech specification EN54/UL listed RS 232 communication port and RS 422 Network card complete including relay modular, on front, canfront module, asson modul etc in all respect and dismantling old panle one and all as specified and directed.i) The fire alarm system accessories such as smoke sensor, beam sensor, MCP, Isolator, repeater panel etc shall be of same make and shall be compatible to communicate with control panel.ii) Layout diagram of Fire alarm system shall be submited by contractor for approval of GE, and execution work shall only commence after approval of layout diagram and contractor is bound to execute work as per approved without any financial effect.iii) On installation of the system, entire system shall be tested in presence of user rep and rep of accepting officer.iv) Contractor shall provide display board duly indicating the location of sensor and its specified address.v) Contractor shall provide wiring diagram in site plan of fire alarm cable connected to control panel.* Note : The make of control panel should be similar to the make of Repeater Panel, Manual Call Point (MCP), All detectors and sounder. |
| 2 | Supply and fix adressable smoke Detectors Complying with dule LED and type certified to EN-54 type multisensor detector with heat and smoke combination Photoelectric / Optical with base with self built intelligence as per IS: 11360 including addressing. The detector shall be polarity insensitive & smart addressable type having 6 level smoke sensitivity . Mechanical Dipswitch or Rotary addressing type. Operating temperature transient -10°C to 85°C. The detector should have dual polling 360 degree viewable LED with 4 class approved response modes the scope includes fitment of sensor in space between false ceiling & roof including removal of false ceiling as per required to detectors, refixing the false celing after fitment of sensor on roof /false etc cost of the false ceiling repair / replacement/required demed to be included for required and dismantling old detectore as one and all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. |
| 3 | Supply and fix adressable type Flame detectors with UV and IR detection capacity ( add up cost of module to be a complete set, the type of module shall be relay type module as per IS: 11360 including addressing and The detector shall be polarity insensitive & smart addressable type. Mechanical Dipswitch or Rotary addressing type. Operating temperature transient -10°C to 85°C. The detector should have dual polling 360 degree viewable LED with 4 class approved response modes and dismantling old detectore as one and all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. |

| 5 | Supply, install, testing and comissioning of adressable break glass manual call point including sunken boxes, with built in monitor module will all acessories and signal indicator,Mechanical Dipswitch or Rotary addressing type complete as per tech specification and dismantling old MCP as one and shall be UL listed complete. |
| 6 | Supply, laying, electrical connecting and testing FRLS 2 core 1.5 sqmm (red Colour) armoured multi stranded copper conductor heavy duty underground cable 1100V saddled in wall/ceiling, truss, etc for fire alarm system and dismatling old cable as one and all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.Note:- (i) The scope includes laying of cables inside false ceiling of height up to 8 mtr, opening of false ceilings, passing of cable and re-fixing of false ceiling is deemed to be including rate.(ii) The scope stan to executed of hanger of height up to 12 mtr , necessary T&P stan be arrangement accordingly. |
| 7 | Supply , fixing and testing adressable Beam Master detector Transreceiver type having 70 to 100 meter range with inbuilt isolators, including Reflector control module. The detector shall have 4 levels of sensitivity & 2 levels of automatic sensitivity, Auto Drift compensation, Operating Voltage Range: 15 to 28Vdc, Operating Temperature Range -30°C to +55°C, 0 to 95% Relative Humidity, IP Rating IP54, ±10° horizontal and vertical beam alignment. The detector shall be EN-54 Part 2 Certification with monitor module, relay module for converting conventional device into addressable device complete and dismantling old beam master detector as one and all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | Supply and fix microprocessor based fire alarm repeater panel which is compatible with fire alarm control panel and able to communicate with control panel, sounder etc. having Controls For Reset, Mute, Accept , Silence alarms and Self Test Conforming to EN Stardard electrically connecting and testing complete and dismantling old repeater panel as one and all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. |
| 9 | Material and labour for providing point wiring with two runs of 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated single core 1100 volts grade & with one run of 1.5 Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated 1100 Volts grade wire for continuous earthing complete in and including PVC casing and caping with all fittings/fixture etc and open recessed type Plastic Enclosure( Plastic Switch Board ) ISI Marked (IS:14772) for housing switches / sockets and dismantling old point wiring as one all a specified and directed.of the following:- |
